I also founded a boutique commercial real estate brokerage that consistently beat CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, and JLL for large accounts. Built the world's only online lease review platform to 25,000 monthly visitors with zero marketing budget.
Today I run ENCOR Advisors, Toronto's tenant-only CRE firm, and co-own Front Porch Media, Halton's largest local media company with 50,000 subscribers and counting.
